Entry Age - Minimum
Care Freedom Plan - 3 lacs and 5 lacs - Adult: 18 years and Child 91 days (floater)
Care Freedom Plan - 7 lacs and 10 lacs Eldest Insured Person: 46 years and Child 91 days (floater) & Other Adult: 18 years

For customer age up to 70 years 20% of the claim amount has to be borne by you
For entry age 70 years, 30% of the claim amount has to be borne by you

Exclusions
Any pre-existing ailment/injury not covered up to 24 continuous months from the date of policy issuance
Any diseases contracted during first 30 days of the policy start date except those arising out of accidents
Any OPD Treatment
Expenses attributable to self-infected injury (resulting from suicide, attempted suicide)
Expenses arising out of attributable alcohol/tobacco or drug use/misuse/abuse
Cost of spectacles/contact lenses, dental treatment expenses that do not require hospitalization
Medical expenses incurred for treatment of AIDS
Treatment arising from or traceable to pregnancy and childbirth, miscarriage, abortion and its consequences
Congenital disease
Tests and treatment relating to infertility.
Hospitalization Less Than 24 Hours
We also pay for your medical expenses if you undergo any of the specified day care treatments at a hospital or a Day Care Centre - we cover more than 170 day care treatments
60 days after discharge
We will indemnify the post hospitalization medical expenses incurred by 60 days after discharge from hospital.
30 days before hospitalization
We will indemnify the pre hospitalization medical expenses incurred by you 30 days before hospitalization.
Reimburse expenses that incur on an ambulance service
Getting to the hospital - It is our utmost concern that you get the medical attention you require as soon as possible in an emergency. We will reimburse you for expenses that you incur on an ambulance service offered by the hospital or any ambulance service provider, in an emergency situation
Annual health check-up for all insured members
Under this plan, you get Annual health check-up for all insured members, covered as adults, regardless of claims history. This includes Complete Blood Count with ESR, Urine routine, Blood Group, Fasting Blood Sugar, Lipid, Kidney Function Test, ECG
Reimburse the medical expenses
If you are not in a condition to shift to the hospital for treatment, or there is no vacant bed in the hospital, then you can avail of domiciliary hospitalization. You will get the reimbursement if domiciliary hospitalization is for more than 3 consecutive days.
