On behalf of Directors or Officers of the Company Loss arising from any claim made by the reason of any wrongful act committed in their capacity.

Losses arising from any claim made against the Directors or Officers for any Wrongful Act committed in their capacity but limited to the extent that the company shall be required or permitted to indemnify them in pursuant to the Law common statutory or the Memorandum or Articles of Association.
