Householder Umbrella Insurance Policy
This is a package policy specially designed to meet the insurance requirements of a householder by combining under a single policy, a number of insurance cover usually taken by householders.

How Householder Umbrella Policy works
This is a pre- packaged product specially designed to cater to the need of householders with flexibility of choosing plans as per their need. This product has five sections and four category of sum insured. Customer can choose one among the four plans insured as per their requirement or value of property.

Premium is available in two categories. One is full coverage and other one is Without 1(A) i.e. Fire & Allied Perils, Building/flat. Section 1(A) can be taken if building/flat belongs to the insured. Insured can ignore Section 1(A) and take rest of the cover if the Building/flat is not owned by the Insured.




Coverage
Fire & Allied Perils, Building/flat (Class A construction only) & Contents-
This section covers Fire, Lightening, Explosion/Implosion, Aircraft Damage, Riot, Strike, Malicious Damage Storm, Cyclone, Typhoon, Tempest, Hurricane, Tornado, Flood & Inundation, Impact Damage, Subsidence & Landslide including Rockslide, Bursting &/or overflowing of water Tanks, Apparatus & Pipes, Missile Testing Operations, Leakage from Automatic Sprinklers Installations, Bush Fire, Earthquake terrorism.

Burglary
Burglary, Housebreaking, Loss or damage to property contained in the premises occupied by the insured is covered under this section.

Loss of Cash due to Assault to Insured:
Money Insurance provides a shield against loss of cash due to assault on insured.

Personal Accident (for insured):
a) Death only
b) Loss of two limbs / two eyes or one limb and one eye
c) Loss of one limb or one eye
d) Permanent Total Disablement from Injuries other than those named above (PTD).
